South Fujian tea from Anxi County. It is made from mature, large leaves, it is fermented only partially, along the very edge of the leaf, which allows you to preserve all the useful substances in the tea leaf. The processing is similar to the processing technology of the famous Te Guanyin tea and includes fermentation, twisting, drying, drying, etc., as well as the stage of aromatization with pollen of osmanthus flowers. An important characteristic of Goi Hua is that tea is not chemically flavored, so the aroma is unobtrusive, light, pleasant.
The taste of the finished infusion reveals itself gradually, at the first notes it is spring, fresh, herbaceous, quite dense, and osmanthus can be felt on the throat - a thin, peach, apricot, floral motif.
